Sax player wanted

Ronnie Ripple & The Ripchords are looking for a sax player to join our high energy rockabilly/rock’n’roll/skiffle band. If you’re interested, have some experience of playing in a band, and can rehearse with us in East Greenwich on a Monday evening on a reasonably regular basis, then get in touch! We’ve played pub gigs, private parties and community festivals, and are looking to do at least a gig a month, around south east London and surrounding areas. We’re looking for someone who can play with a bit of swing, play some riffs and take some solos; Big Joe Turner, JD Mcpherson, Elvis, Cash, Cochran, etc, etc.

Bass Player Wanted

Electric/acoustic/upright/tea chest/whatever bassist required. We play up-tempo rock’n’roll/rockabilly classics, plus other covers and standards. More skiffle than pub rock, we’re more interested in energy, enthusiasm and tightness than musical complexity. We rehearse around East Greenwich and Deptford, and have pub and party gigs lined up.
