Ronnie Ripple & The RipChords are a high energy, good time rock’n’roll, skiffle and rockabilly band playing covers and originals.

Based in south-east London, they’ve been the house band at Greenwich Market’s ‘Park It In The Market’ vintage car event since 2013, have played the Brooklyn Bowl in the O2 Arena, and perform regularly at all kinds of events including pub gigs, festivals and private parties.

With a bunch of original songs, plus classics by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins,  Eddie Cochran, Buddy Holly, Gene Vincent, Big Joe Turner, Tennessee Ernie Ford, The Bobby Fuller Four, The Clash, Stray Cats, JD McPherson, and a whole load of other artists both famous and obscure, Ronnie Ripple & The RipChords guarantee a good time for all!

Usually appearing as an electric 5-piece, they also play as a smaller skiffle band with cajon replacing drums – perfect for venues with problematic neighbours!
